As the neighborhood is now complete, Sierra Vista Residential Community, Inc HOA will be transitioning to homeowner control. An election of three (3) homeowners will be held for the initial homeowner board. If you wish to be on the ballot, please fill out the attached candidate questionnaire and return to heather@legacysouthwestpm.com by November 12th, 2024. Nominations will not be taken from the floor.

Voting will take place after the meeting online at www.sierravistahoa.com and will stay open for 72 hours. Homeowners must be registered on the website before voting. The winners will be announced by email and posted on the Sierra Vista website.

Attached you will find a Proxy. We will need the presence of ten (10) percent of the Members to constitute a quorum and the proxy counts towards the quorum. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please fill out the attached Proxy and return to Heather Smith via email at Heather@legacysouthwestpm.com. Should you not wish to vote, please select “for quorum purposes only” on the proxy.
